✔ INGROWING NAILS: We do not have the authority to treat infection caused by your ingrowing nails as per your request, and you do not hold us responsible for any infections that may occur thereafter.

✔ CALLUS REMOVAL: We will try to remove the callus as best as possible, but can’t guarantee all will be removed. Excessive formation of calluses on your feet sometimes will require more than treatment.

✔ GIFT CARDS: Gift certificates can’t be exchanged for cash. Gift certificates are non-refundable. Additionally, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards or any unauthorized use. Lastly, gift certificates expire 10 months from the date of purchase.

✔ GEL POLISH: Gel polish is a long-lasting polish that
we guarantee for up to 7 days. How long your gel polish lasts depends on how well you take care of it. if your gel polish chips within those days, please let us know right away so that we can arrange a fix for you (you must come back within that time frame).

✔ PERSONAL ITEMS: We are not responsible for any personal items that have been damaged during service. Please be extra careful when handling polishes and check if any belongings are left behind.

✔ CHILDREN: All children must be challenged by an adult. We are not responsible for any injury that may cause to unattended children.
